Start the weekend with a blissful, restorative yin practice, soothing your senses and your soul to allow you to unwind from you week. A mini retreat to reset and to restore. This weeks practice focus and intention is to promote harmony and balance for body, mind and spirit. Allowing the nervous system an opportunity to slow down, with long, slow and deeply held postures and mindful pauses in between each shape to allow all the felt senses to arise and fall. Weaving mindfulness meditations, with periods of silence and serenity.
