End the weekend with a blissful, restorative yin practice, soothing your senses and your soul to prepare you for the upcoming week. A mini retreat to reset and to unwind. This weeks practice focus and intention is to encourage the flow of Qi (energy) via Qi Gong movement, taking time to move in a way that feel’s good in your body, flowing with effortless and mindfulness. We will then gradually move towards earth, finishing the practice with some earthy, reflective grounded yin postures that will leave you feeling relaxed and ready for a great nights sleep.
