Mindful Yin – Tuesdays with Monique
This pop up 60 min session is an invitation to sit with all that is rising moment by moment, acknowledging and honoring all that has come to pass. Letting the shift and changes of the year to gently wash over you, letting go of the need to fix or change anything. Just being with the movement, breath and body. This gently led session will include mindfulness meditations woven into the yin held shapes, allowing you to go yin-side. I look forward to seeing you on the mat. A wonderful to fully immerse in deep rest and digest as we carefully and curiously explore issues in our tissues.
