International Yin Yoga Teacher Trainer Mel Mclaughlin from the Yin space will be leading us for this immersion into all things Yin.

The 50hr course will be held at Yoga Veda 9 Timpson Street, Port Adelaide, SA.

What’s on offer urban training style?

Join us this November 23rd – 27th 5 days of at Yoga Veda for a teacher training urban-style with Melanie McLaughlin for her inspiring 50 hour Yin Teacher Training program. We will slip off the radar for a 5 days of yin “chill-pill”. Exploring our ‘Yin-sides’ of deep immersion into the other side of the yoga coin. We are keeping it small and intimate and you will be fully versed in the art of teaching yin when you are finished. So we answer all the “whys” and practice twice to bookend the day and layer the intellectual information with somatic experience.

ANNOUNCING THE RETURN OF VINYASA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING WITH YOGA TRINITY

March 28th – April 8th 2020

Since 2006 Yoga Trinity has completed over 35 successful Yoga Teacher Training programs and continues to support over 1,000 yoga teachers in their ongoing study, practice, and teaching.

Our program continues to evolve and grow, and in 2018 we upgraded our syllabus to include more hours of study, more Online Study, more resources and material, and more flexible study options.   We look forward to continuing to share a comprehensive and inspiring program in both part-time and full-time intensives with yogis of all ages and backgrounds. I hope you will join us!

The Trinity Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training Level 1 program is designed to immerse you in your yoga practice and maximize your opportunity for growth, wellbeing, education, and support as you embark on the journey to become a Registered Yoga Teacher.

Flexible Study Options

Our program is offered in a flexible format, with three study options:

  • Have a 2-Day ‘taste’ of teacher training before committing
  • Complete the full 300-hour program in a 12-Day Full-Time Intensive
  • Study Module-by-Module in your own time

Areas of Study

Each day of your training will include guided yoga practice, workshops in technical study, philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and practical teaching experience.  , as well as areas of study that will expand your understanding of the philosophies and practices of yoga.

Your program also includes online study, video resources, webinars, writing assignments, and personal practice all designed to help you in your studies, practice, teaching, and your yoga business. You can begin your online study as soon as you register, allowing you to start diving into your studies straight away.

This 300-hour registered program will provide you with the guidance, practices, techniques, support, and mentorship to begin your own teaching practice. Upon completion of the program you will be awarded with a certificate to verify your successful completion and your competency as a Registered Yoga Teacher. This program is registered with Yoga Alliance (RYS-200-hour), Yoga Australia (300-hours), and Fitness Australia (15 CECs). Registration allows you to use the credentials of Registered Yoga Teacher and gives you access to professional insurance and certification credits with many international fitness, yoga, and mind body organizations.
